Shipping Policy
At Goa Home Studio, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shipping experience. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and security of the shipping address given. We will not be held responsible for poorly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or lost from an untrustworthy or dangerous mailing address. Any packages returned to the sender due to delivery issues must be re-shipped at the expense of the consumer.
If a parcel is declared lost or considerably delayed, the buyer must contact the shipping firm directly to address the situation. Goa Home Studio will not be liable for late or missing deliveries if proper proof of shipment and tracking number are supplied.
Order Processing
All orders are processed from our Bangalore studio within 2-3 business days of being placed. Just so you know, orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Costs
All shipping fees are determined automatically during the process of checking out. If you require express shipment, please email us at goahomestudio@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you.
Order Tracking
When your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipment notification. Any orders that take longer than expected will be notified by mail by Goa Home studio.
Shipping Times
Our shipping partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during the hours of 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Public holidays and Sundays are not considered working days. Delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen travel delays from our courier partners and carriers caused by weather and strikes. Your order, however, should be delivered to your door in 6-7 business days.
Return Policy
Used candles cannot be returned or reimbursed due to the nature of our goods. However, if photographic evidence of the damage and the receipt are sent to goahomestudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of arrival, we will replace or refund products that were damaged during shipment from www.goahomestudio.com
Note that we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds for items that are on sale, gift cards, limited edition, or that have been in your possession for more than 30 days.
Want to cancel a previously placed order? Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order; once the package has left our facility, cancellation is not guaranteed.

I discovered this brand from a flea market in Kochi and decided to give it a try as I have been using incense sticks from Phool which was expensive and the smell was too intense you cannot stay in the room for 5 mins, none of the products I tried were satisfactory until I found GHS incense sticks. They are cheaper, the fragrance is perfectly balanced and they say its free of harmful chemicals as the manufacturer herself is allergic to such chemicals. I recommend anyone reading this review to try this instead of your usual incense stick and I guarantee you will settle with these.
